Tamriel is at war. Three alliances – the Aldmeri Dominion, Daggerfall Covenant, and Ebonheart Pact – square off for control of The Imperial City. I am sure this does not reflect the overall game as it is a cinematic trailer, but just like they did with Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, they sure know how to make a pretty trailer to make you want the game.
