This review will contain some spoilers, so read at your own risk. We pick up where the last issue ended. And now Captain Chase has the ability to fly. We never really get to know why he has this ability, but only one can imagine. Like any smart solider, he doesn’t use it right away. He picks a time and place that will work to his advantage and flies away.

This issue really isn’t about the war or the power to fly. It is about the power of the human will. Captain Chase mentions that, he is doing all of this to go back home to see his sons. But has the time in this camp gotten to him? We see at the end that it is obvious it has. It is not just about getting home and seeing his sons and wife, it is now about revenge.

I really enjoyed the darker tone of this issue. The artwork doesn’t have any woah factor, but for the comic it works. I am looking forward to seeing the next issue. It seems like it is leading to one huge battle but will the revenge factor, hurt Captain Chase in the end?
