Brian Wood has brought us the third part of the comic series The Massive. So far we have seen in the first two issues, the Ninth Wave trying to find their ship The Massive. We see Captain Callum Israel head the sister ship and traveling across the globe to find the Massive. While we see the captain travel, we get a back story of what is going on in this world. We see natural disasters that have changed the landscape we currently know now.

In the issue we start off with more of the epidemics that have happened across the globe. From black-outs to birds dying, no place has been safe from anything. We then see the sister ship trying to get away from pirates. After a close call the crew gets away and gets back to searching for the Massive. After this the crew has a meeting and decides what kind of path the ship should take. We also see a back story of one of the characters on the ship.

Each time reading The Massive, it reminded me of Sea Shepard. The Massive was a good first three-part series. Hopefully the next series will be coming out sooner than later.
