Futurama is a show that the fans brought back from the dead. Fox gave up on it but then the repeats and DVD sales were strong and Comedy Central gave it a second chance. This is always a fun panel and they really do reward the fans.
We got to see the first 8 mins of an episode to air soon. In it the group goes to Oktoberfest and Fry was expecting to get drunk and eat. When the crew arrives there, the whole Oktoberfest has changed. It is more about showing how far the human race has come. All this as Bender enters a sausage competition. Bender needs to find the most tender meat. Which leads Bender and Fry on a Woolly Mammoth search.
We then got to see the cast play upon the popular Fry memes. If you do not know these, please look them up. They are a picture of a Fry and they usually start with “Not Sure”. And them there was a costume contest and Dr. Zorberg won it. There were some really good outfits here. I enjoyed Sal because it may be easy to make, he is a lesser character.
