We are fast approaching issue 100 of the acclaimed series “The Walking Dead “ , and number 100 will be coming out during this years Comic Con. So if you will be attending this years San Diego Comic Con, get ready for some special Walking Dead stuff!

We just finished with the “A Larger World” and are now leading into “Something to Fear”. We saw that in A Larger World  there is hope for Rick and his group. There is a mountaintop village that has farms, food, and most importantly hope. But we also find out that there is a group that is taking half of everything from the mountaintop called Negans group.

Now, in this issue Rick needs to go back to his group and convince them, that they need to take out Negansgroup and then they will be the group that protects Hilltop and receive half of everything. Rick sees hope, after seeing the Hilltop, but can he convince the group that this is the right thing too do?

The art in the issue follows exactly as one would expect from The Walking Dead books. Very detailed and you can tell how a person is feeling by just looking at the picture. For any comic to be around this long it needs great artwork and we get it in The Walking Dead.

In this issue we are being lead up to the big 100 issue. Not much action or killing but some major events do happen. The discussion with Rick and the group is the key moment, plus it’s the last page, and like always it leaves us salivating for more. It is definitely setting us up for some major events to come in the next few issues.
