Today Activision announced that the next installment in the Call of Duty Franchise will be revealed to the world on May 1st at 9pm EDT on TNT during the NBA Playoffs. While it’s not officially confirmed that the announcement will be for Black Ops 2, all signs are pointing to it as being the next COD game. With the sheer sales and gamer response to Black Ops it would make sense that a sequel would be made, and then you also have the teaser image above which looks strikingly similar to the Black Ops cover.
Needless to say we’ll have more info next week once the trailer hits.
