Well it seems that February 1st. is the day that the much anticipated Diablo III will be launching. Joystiq is reporting off a tip they received, that a new endcap display at a Minnesota Best Buy is promoting a February 1st midnight opening for the launch of the Blizzard Entertainment game.
Besides the picture of the display which sports an old LCD countdown, the BestBuy.com listing for the game has the same 2/1/12 release date. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see Diablo III featured in the weekly Sunday Best Buy ad tomorrow. A quick search of other online retailers shows no release date, but we have known for a while that Blizzard was shooting for an early 2012 launch of the game.
