We have all waited year for this day. BioWare has flipped the switch and now Star Wars The Old Republic is live for all you MMO Star Wars fans. While the game doesn’t officially launch until the 20th. today is the first day of early access for those that pre-ordered the game. From now until launch BioWare will be opening the doors to gamers in waves. Today there are 4 waves with 3 waves already receiving their invites. Your invite will arrive in the order in which your pre-order code was entered into swtor.com. So if you only entered your code last week, don’t expect your invite for a few days.
There is no set time each day for the invites being sent out and the best thing to do is follow @swtor on twitter as they are updating constantly.
For those of you who are in and interested in joining us in-game we will be on the Iron Citadel server. After over 3 years of waiting it’s so great to finally have this amazing saga in our hands!
