Starting this autumn gamers in the UK will be able to start gaming in the Onlive cloud.  Starting June 7th at 8pm BST gamers can go to www.onlive.co.uk and sign-up free and lock in their unique Onlive Player Tag.  Being an Onlive UK Founding Member gamers will be given access in sign-up order to Onlive and they ramp up the UK service.  UK ISP BT has also locked in the exclusive rights to bundle the Onlive service with it’s broadband packages int eh UK, and is actually already running tests with customers.  UK gamers are lucky as their launch will be much bigger tehn the US launch last year and they will have access to all the games already available in the Onlive library.

Onlive UK will work seamlessly with the American system and gamers can spectate, chat and share brag clips from across the pond.  Multip-player play will also be capable between gamers on either side of the Atlantic though it will be interesting to see how they handle the lag.  Either way this is a great thing for Onlive as  they are becoming a world-wide service.
