Today Nintendo announced that Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation will be available in North America on February 14, 2011.
This is the first time Dragon Quest VI will appear in North America since its Japanese release back in 1995 for the Super NES. The game will be released for the Nintendo DS and will feature upgraded graphics that look similar to those in Dragon Quest IX. The game also features more than 15 character classes to choose from and a wide array of enemies and obstacles caused by the evil Murdaw to overcome.
“Millions of players around the world have discovered the timeless fun of Dragon Quest,” said Marc Franklin, Nintendo of America’s director of Public Relations. “The arrival of Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation in North America will give fans unique access to a classic game in the series for the first time, offering new ways to explore and enjoy the Dragon Quest universe.”
