Evil Controllers is hoping to fix the age old problem with Xbox 360′s D-Pad lack of accuracy with the launch of the Evil D-Pad for the Xbox 360. The Evil D-Pad pretty much replaces the stock D-Pad with individual buttons instead of a tied together buttons. The new controller will optimize consistency with four separated directional buttons. A player can hit one button for a single direction, and two for a diagonal input. This makes it easier to accurately go the correct direction, contrary to the original controller or even an update that merely raises the D-pad. Point to point contact will drastically improve game play in titles such as Gears of War, Left 4 Dead, Modern Warfare 2, any and all shooters on the 360, and especially fighting games.
