Tonight during the special Project Natal World Premiere to kick off the E3 festivities Microsoft revealed that Project Natal has been renamed Kinect. Kinect will be “connecting” gamers of all ages with controller free natural gaming where your imagination can run wild. While the twitterverse is a buzz with many opinions on the name mostly saying the name will ruin the device, we’ll hold our thoughts until we get our time with Kinect, cause it is all about the games. Though the name change is rather interesting at this point in time. Natal seemed interesting and different, Kinect is not only an odd looking name but what does it really mean, hopefully tomorrow Microsoft will shed some more light on this name change.
