Realism Versus combines the rules of Versus and Realism Modes to create a Versus game that requires the best in Survivor teamwork. WIth the addition of the last DLC “The Passing” saw the addition of weekly mutations, Realism Versus arrived with such a huge response that a Poll was created asking if the mutation should stay.
