DICE and EA announced that the popular Xbox Live Arcade FPS Battlefield 1943 has racked up 1 million units sold. The game has gotten rave reviews and broken a handful of records, to make it the most popular download only multiplayer action game ever.
It’s unfortunate that even with this much fan support and sales numbers that the DICE team isn’t working on any types of DLC for the game. Hopefully the success of the game and it’s groundbreaking Frostbite engine, will spawn additional Battlefield titles in the future.
