The critically acclaimed Batman Arkham Asylum is getting Game of The Year status later this month. Besides new package artwork the game will have 6 additional maps(originally DLC) and include a 3D mode using TriOviz 3D technology. This 3D tech requires only a pair of glasses (which will be included) and can be used on both SD and HD tv’s. The GOTY edition will be swinging into stores later this month for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
**Update** It seems that this edition is NOT going to be release here in North America, those over on the other side of the pond will be able to pick this up. Let’s hope this changes…..
